This class is taught in a Hatha-Vinyasa style which incorporates an active flow designed to improve balance, build strength, promote flexibility and alignment, and teach breathing and meditation techniques. This comfortable, relaxed class is appropriate for all experience levels. Poses and movements can be modified to accommodate everyone from beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. Yoga classes can be practiced in any space available in your workplace, yoga mats and blocks will be provided by Max Effort Training.
This is a fun and motivating class that will incorporate all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular endurance, strength training, agility, mobility, core strength, and flexibility. The workout will always vary to keep things fresh and exciting utilizing any space available in your facility. This class is designed for individuals with little to no exercise history. However, all fitness levels are welcome as all exercise can be modified to meet the needs of each participant. Equipment for all classes will be provided by Max Effort Training. All classes can be scheduled to meet your business' schedule.
Zumba® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise and are appropriate for all fitness levels. The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world and you don't need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba® class. Scheduling for Zumba® classes is flexible and can fit the right time for you and your employees.
The nutrition seminars are designed to be comfortable, educational, and informative to help your employees learn about healthy lifestyle options in a relaxed setting. These hour-long seminars provided at your facility, led by a registered dietician from the Max Effort Training team, are aimed to provide content and allow for any questions. Chair massage is a 10-20 minute massage that focuses on the high tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders, arms & hands. Chair massage is performed on a specially designed portable massage chair provided by Max Effort Training. On site chair massages can be provided in any space at your facility; our massage therapist can set up a two-hour block at a convenient time for you and your employees.Benefits of Chair Massage:
