Deskercise: The 15-Minute Office Workout
Tuesday & Thursday 12:30-12:45pm

This is a free, fun, and positive mid-day break designed to get you moving and feel energized for the rest of your day. This class is live and interactive on Facebook and we want to hear from you! No equipment or workout clothes needed, just bring yourself and your friends, co-workers or whoever is around! We will work on increasing mobility, flexibility and have fun in the process. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 for a fun 15 minute re-boost of energy!

This exciting, High Intensity Interval Training class is a fun way to incorporate cardio, strength training, agility, and mobility into your workouts. The workouts will vary from class to class so each session is fresh, exciting, and provides a unique challenge while providing a big calorie burn. By request, we are offering Broadway Boot Camp on Thursday nights in addition to Saturday mornings! This fun class is designed specifically for local theatre artists. We will incorporate cardiovascular endurance, strength training, agility, and mobility into each class in a mix of circuit style settings and group exercises. The workouts will vary from class to class so each session is fresh, exciting, and provides a unique challenge. All fitness levels welcome as all exercises can be modified to meet the needs of the individual. Come join us for this fun class - Drop ins welcome, no contracts required!

Named in honor of our friend, Bernadette Lynch, this is a great class that will incorporate all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular endurance, strength training, agility, mobility, etc. The workout will always vary to keep things fresh and exciting and to keep challenging you. All fitness levels welcome as all exercises can be modified to meet the needs of the individual.

It is extremely important to stay active as we age and this class offers a fun way to do just that. There will be elements of balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, etc to help you maintain your quality of life and be stronger than ever! All fitness levels welcome. Whether you are new to fitness or have been active your whole life, this class is for you!

Remember all classes at MET are pay as you go...no memberships! Children age 10 and up are welcome to take a class with their parent/guardian (unless otherwise noted in class description). It's a fun bonding experience for the family! We hope to see you soon!
