Marty Butler - Personal Trainer
For over 10 years I was climbing the corporate ladder for a company that consistently ranks as one of the Best Companies to work for. However, I realized that there was something missing in my life; I had a passion for fitness and knew that I wanted to help others. This led me to personal training and I went on to become certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer. I feel like this is my true calling and I can now use my passion for health and wellness to help others. In the future I hope to develop affordable fitness programs that help our youth find their health, happiness and confidence as they pursue their dreams as well.
Jenn Church - Personal Trainer
Jenn is certified through The American Council of Exercise. Initially she started in the graphic design field before starting her own art and decor business. She has always had a passion for healthy living, nutrition and exercise but it wasn't until after having four kids that she really started to hone her skills and educate herself more. With this new found awareness of more knowledge she started training with Joe Delgado. Through her training she realized that her true passion in life was to educate others and help them to achieve their own personal goals.

Maria Fox - Class Instructor
Maureen Kellar - Personal Trainer
Maureen began as a client at Max Effort Training (MET) because she was frustrated that she could not lose weight while doing exercise programs that had previously worked well for her in the past. She was so pleased with the support and the subsequent results at MET that she decided she would like to help others facing similar challenges. In particular Maureen feels as though she can help people that are struggling to lose weight as they age. She is excited to help people get healthy, happy, and fit and that it's never too late to feel great! Maureen obtained her certifcation through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has been a registered nurse for 20+ years.
Nick Marks - Personal Trainer
Nick is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and for the past several years has been working in the mental health and addictions field as a counselor. Growing up, Nick gained an interest in fitness first by earning his black belt in Isshin-Ryu Karate and at 16 began lifting weights to boost his confidence. After a motorcycle accident in 2016 that left him with a fractured neck, paralyzed arm and nerve pain, Nick was told by his doctors to live a careful life and think about going on permanent disability. Determined to prove people wrong, he quickly found himself learning to adapt to a ‘new normal’ and started his journey back towards success by completing 2 college degrees, going back to work, and engaging in activities such as CrossFit, running competitions, and adaptive training. Nick now centers his passion for fitness helping people to feel confident in their own bodies, regardless of the struggles, and push forward to see what they are truly capable of.
